Neal M. Dorsch Information & Helps Ministries, Inc.

AUGUST 2009 found us preparing the grounds for the winter season as it has remained relatively quiet here. We are in the process of boxing in all of the trees to better keep them irrigated and then bringing in pea gravel where needed. The playground has also been bordered and filled in with pea gravel. Did you know that pea gravel is considered one of the best products to use under playground equipment to keep children safe? There is also a new sump pump in the southwest area of the property to take care of the flooding when we have that long awaited for rain.

Missionaries continue to be our primary focus during this time as they continue to come for their mail or are on their way back from their trips North. These are the families that stayed with us in August: Mazariego, Hadinger, Baas, Patton, Craig, Zuniga, Curby, Jones, Saenz, Marshall, Godwin, Gertsch, Patino, Launchbury, Seiter, Herrin, Olson, Hopkins, Driscoll, Metlich, Marsh, and Schrock. We love having them stay with us and to hear all that is happening on the mission field. Please continue to pray for and support them.

A few churches also stayed with us: Trinity Baptist Church, Katy, TX; Templo Emanuel, Mission, TX; and Winter Park Baptist Church, Wilmington, NC.

Organizations that stayed: Buckner Children and Family Services, Mission, TX,; In His Steps, Ponchatoula, LA,; and Catholic Marriage Encounter, Mission, TX.

If you are planning a trip down here please make your plans early as the winter season tends to get very hectic and we want to be able to serve you in our promised "first class" way.
