Neal M. Dorsch Information & Helps Ministries, Inc.

OCTOBER 2009 brought a major change to the Ministry and, perhaps the first in over twenty years. It has become necessary to increase our charges for those who stay with us and to also begin to charge for the use of our kitchen/meeting rooms. All of the specifics can be found on our Charges page. There is a great need to build some new smaller kitchen/meeting facilities that will accommodate 20-25 persons. We also have need for a small scale kitchen that will be adjacent to our pavilion. With the addition of these facilities we will be able to easily accommodate 5-6 groups of varying sizes once they are completed.

Our hope is that those who stay here connect with this Ministry and will contribute to it's growth and  consider it your ministry as well and not just  a stopping off place. There are seasons of the year that we find ourselves very busy and others when it's very quiet. When we are busy the opportunities are great to serve many and to see God move in many locations. This Ministry also considers the serving of the needs of the full-time missionaries to be our number one priority and even though our charges have increased they have not for them. By contributing to Melody Lane you are also helping to support missionaries.

As we've done in past months, here are the names of the missionary families that stayed with us: Hernandez, Craig, Tanner, Giles, Sr., Giles, Jr., Harrington, Curby, Perez, Jones, Marshall, Pendergast, Hosken, Houston, Yapur, Williams, Schmid, Ladd, Driscoll, and Luepnitz.

Churches: Lighthouse Christian Discipleship Church, Brownsville, TX,; New Faith Church, Sacul, TX.; Winter Park Baptist Church, Wilmington, NC,; Calvary Chapel, Fort Worth, TX.; Templo Emanuel, Mission, TX.; Cedar Crest Church, Acworth, GA.; Iglesia Poder De Dios, Pharr, TX.; and First Baptist Church of Plano, TX.

Organization: Mission Walk, International, Pella, IA.

There are always a lot of individuals, couples and families that stay with us who have been on previous group trips and have been prompted by the Lord to continue the work. They bring food, clothing and also continue construction work.

This website has now been increased and we can have up to 999 pages! That is probably way more than we need, but the plan is to make available pages for missionaries and churches and organizations to announce their needs. Many missionaries love to host teams and this will be an opportunity to find out about them and make contact through our website. If you would like to make use of this free service please contact us and we'll work together to get it done.

The Winter Texans will be coming soon!
